I now speak the language of empowerment. I find it so crazy that people everywhere I go speak the language of dis-empowerment! I fully realize the impact of our words and how they rule the subconscious; ultimately ruling our lives and outcomes we set for ourselves. I am enjoying this challenge of reprogramming my thoughts, and ultimately my words, actions, habits, and character!
ReplyDeleteDoctah B's workshops have taught me many things about healing the body, mind, and spirit. I am more conscious than ever about what I put into my body! I have down two parasite cleanses so far and they have worked wonders!
I am definitely interested in joining Elevation on a retreat! Please count me in.

ReplyDeleteYes, many things have changed. When I catch myself thinking or speaking in ways that doesn't serve my higher purpose, instead of criticize myself, i am reminded that disempowering thoughts are not my truth. I connect with my body and heart and i am guided through the process of cosmic truth which is our true nature. This is where energy starts to flow again and we are able to acknowledge, without judgement, all of the things that need to change, within ourselves and the planet.
